A fine dusting chocolate to make light, sweet drinking chocolate and serve as a decedent cappuccino topping.

To prepare: Add two heaped teaspoons per 180ml of cold milk. Heat milk to 65 degrees Celsius. Serve with a sprinkling of chocolate and marshmallows.
