The best coffee experience in Melbourne, and quite possibly best in Australia…or maybe southern hemisphere . The team at Zest are incredible, they are extremely knowledgeable about coffee, brewing, the producers and the growing regions. The coffee flight will likely both open and blow your mind at the same time.

Stumbled in here on my way to a cafe. This is not a cafe. They don’t serve coffee, but I want to come here every day for a brew. They know their beans from farm to cup, their equipment is peak coffee geek and Damon is passionate about what he does. I hope there are enough frequent flyers (is that what you call it when you do a flight of coffee often?) that Zest can thrive here.

I had a truly amazing at the ZEST Coffee Roasters studio. I was lucky enough to meet both Damon and Simon at the experience studio. Together we enjoyed some outstanding coffees, both filter as well as espresso.

The coffee menu is offering a vast choice and I especially liked the detailed explanations. You can chose from “normal” to absolutely “crazy” coffees. There is a coffee for everyone preferences.
