Kone 10.1 is a mini brewing device, designed to cherish 10 grams of Ninety Plus coffees.

Designed in collaboration with 2019 World Brewers Cup Champion Du Jianing and Origami Japan, Kone 10.1 is a mini brewing device that was created to simply and elegantly brew a small 10-gram dose of very special coffee. The obsidian colour of Kone is inspired by the iconic Baru Volcano, the origin of the rich soils where Ninety Plus coffees are produced.

The Kone has a slightly different geometry from the original Origami dripper, leading to slightly faster extractions. It can be used with either conical filters or flat-bottomed filters. For optimum results, we suggest our Kone Filter 10.1, a flat-bottomed Japanese-made filer, designed specifically for the Origami x Ninety Plus Kone 10.1, which will enhance the complex aromatics of our coffees, leading to brews that will showcase their full potential.
