Harvested from one of the most physically beautiful plants on the farm, this Ethiopian has the highest amount of Faique trees, with 70% shade. After its selection, it is pulped and left out in the direct sun for 24 hours before taking it to the dryer where it is in the middle part where there is an average temperature. Its color turns reddish during drying and remains inside for 20 to 25 days before it is packed for rest and stabilization.
