Let us take you to the amazing farm of Granja Paraiso 92! Home to the world-renowned coffee innovator, Wilton Benitez. In August 2022, three of our team had the privilege of visiting this farm in person. Despite only being there for a day, Arayan, Leo, and Damon learned so much from Wilton Benitez as he explained how he achieves amazing coffee flavour results using Thermoshock processes and Koji processes. Wilton also holds the incredible world record of having the longest ever (that we know of) fermentation of a coffee. An incredible 1440hrs!
