Welcome to the legendary coffee farm of La Palma Y El Tucan! Located 2 hours drive from Colombia’s capital city Bogotá, in the thick lush green countryside. In August 2022, three of our team had the privilege of visiting this farm in person. Hosted by the wonderful Arturo, Nicolas, and Dahyanna, our trio was treated to multiple cuppings including the chance to taste the lots we have here on offer on the website right now!
This farm not only produces amazing coffees thanks to a spirit of innovation but they take that curiosity to improve things all over the farm. On their tour, Arayan, Leo, and Damon saw the incredible composting facilities, the beautiful vegetable gardens the soil experiment involving 50 live chickens!
La Palma y El Tucan is a farm we really applaud for helping other farms in the region. They brought to us the Heros and Legends coffees which were produced on numerous farms nearby but processed on the La Palma y El Tucan farm. It was amazing how well represented these smaller farms are by these guys. What a great platform! We are all about helping the smallholder, family farmer and we were so encouraged by the work La Palma y El Tucan is doing and were excited to bring you the fruits of this amazing communities efforts!
